Insurance Clainm not been passed.

Dear Sir,

This is it to bring to your notice the atrocities insurance companies are doing towards the consumers. My commercial vehicle regd. No TS10UA 6323 ( Taxi plate) was sent for claim on 11 July 2017. There was a lapse in previous insurance policy and we got the same renewed after due inspection of the vehicle by the insurance company . Now the claim was approved by the surveyor after 10 days of vehicle been at workshop – post which the workshop people completed the work and now the company issues a letter that the claim is not being passed due to some discrepancy. If there was an issue why was it not communicated to us earlier, My vehicle has been at workshop for close to 22 days and I am incurring losses due to the same being not able to run on road. if the company had to reject my claim they should have done it earlier and given me the logical reason for it, rather than just issuing me a letter stating there is a discrepancy in the risk insured. The inspection of the vehicle was done by the insurance representative and all records tallied before issuing the policy….why was the same not being raised during inspection and why discrepancies are being brought out while passing the claim. I am incurring losses due to non availability of my taxi number vehicle, paying EMI, driver salary and business opportunity loss. I request you to kindly help me by looking into the matter and provide me with justice and bring the insurance company to task so that no other individual suffers like me, I have been following with the company and running from pillar to post but no proper response is being received.
