Dear Consumer Forum,
Airtel Broadband has been harrasing me with inflated bills since past three months. I have even got the connection terminated and sent numerous complaints to their customer care department but they reply with one liners, “we have checked your complaint. You will have to pay XXXX amount at the earliest”.
I have all the emails detailing my grievances and would like to submit them as required.
