i have booked online ticket on the site indianrailways.gov.in when it was 1st opened online ticketing in July-2012 after 2-3 days the site was removed online ticket service further i have cancelled the ticket 1 month before the journey in August and called the customer care number they have informed refund in process till november after november the number was not in use i have post the complaint on PG portal Govt’s so called PUBLIC GRIEVANCE PORTAL on 27th Feb 2012 till date the status is showing “UNDER PROCESS” and pending with CCM office whenever i call the number provided they inform me that call to CCO office its lying there when i call they give me some other numbers where no one pick the call please help
