We hired a wedding photographer/videographer company for our wedding on 12th Dec 2013. The owner named Manish Kumar took the advance money and came on the wedding day to perform the job. we were told initiall that job would be completed with return of all photographs, videos and albums by end of january 2014.
As we currently live outside India, only way to contat Mansih was by phone or social media. After several phone calls and tex messages and facebook messages, there is no response or reply from Manish till date i.e. 31/8/2014.
He answered called last in march stating Cds will be shipped soon by post withing one week. Nothing happened. Then we again contacted him in June and it was promised that Album and Cd will be posted by next day.Nothing happened. And since July Manish has stopped answering phones and deleted our comments from facebook page
