Dear Concern,
On 26th Dec 2016 I have renewed the AMC of my Aquagaurd purchased from Eureka Forbes. They have provided a warranty of 1 year to the whole product whereas they have not delivered all the components as listed. A component named 50 Magic is missing.
Primarily the associates committed that they will be installing that component within 1.5 months. But till today the issue is yet to be resolved.
Several complaints were also logged in the company online helpline and were escalated to the 2nd level supervisor but our purpose is yet to be solved.
Moreover they refused to extended the warranty period as well.
