Idea Prepaid to Postpaid not refund money harassing people

Hi Sir,
One Day I received call from Idea company they said there offer to port your sim into Idea from Airtel and they said your sim will be postpaid only in 500 Rs. and much offers said. I received call there 13/10/2015 They came and collect money of Rupees 500/-.

His Name was Anurag contact no. 8130622243 from Idea Customer from Noida office

Otherwise I will go to consumer court not for 500/- I will go only for what is doing Idea company.

    On your side only one person talked to me her name was Vandana, Will you solve my problem or not Otherwise I will have to take legal action regarding. Idea Cellular Company collect money by people not refund and not provide any suggestion that what happened with him/her money. I have slip of money collection. No any calls I got by your side for resolution of my problem.

    I want my 500/- Amount.

    I received a call from 9136235961 She force me to pay unused bill for idea mobile postpaid bill.
    and she called me to delhi patiyala house court tommarrow at delhi.
