on 04/01/2014 I got an SMS on my phone no. 9911784505 that Rs 30 has been deducted from my balance for downloading videos from xinlabs .
But I did not. This is a wrong practice which idea cellular has been doing with its customers by shaking hands with xinlabs.
I am not the only person to face this fraud and inspite of helping their customer the customer care service centre of idea cellular is making me the culprit.
This is not tolerable at all reply fast.
