ICICI BANK ATM DISPUTED TRANSATION

Dear sir,
from my ICICI Bank ATM debit card Unauthorized transaction made by some one Rs 39500.00(20000+19500) dated 30 march (time 17.06 and 17.07)2014.No any information on my mobile alert massage. in every transaction bank give on my mobile alert massage.when i read massage on my mail ID immidattly i complain to customer care officer for unauthorized both transaction and block my ATM Card.in this complain bank reply with complain No-SR313004765 but bank write that bank shall not be liable to you or any loss of amount.do needful as early as possible.
