Recently I Purchased Washing Machine from HOME TOWN and Kishore (9959081136) is the Manager. We 2 persons visited the shop for 2 washing machines and person postponed to some other day due to no stock. But when i done the payment for this Model LG F1091MD2 they were delivered the Wrong product LG F8091MD2 which contains low specifications. After contacting he was saying we can’t do any thing and price was increased upto Rs 8000. Simply he is demanding us to pay another 8000. We have done email to Customercare and posted in complaints. But we did not get any reply.
For this we also have audio record clips and the own staff of HOMETOWN told us this was done to several people.
