HomeShop18 – Delivered Different product and ignoring my complaint

Sir, I have a complaint against Homeshop18 under my online order number 82263849 dated 15 July 2014.I ordered a “Panasonic Automatic Cooker SRWA18 with Flower Print” on 8th July 2014 but they sent a “Hair curler” on 15th July 2014. How they can do this big mistake in their service? An now they are saying I should courier the wrong product to the company address. And no where mentioned this during online shopping if they fail to provide proper service for my area then I have to courier this. In that case, I would not purchase anything from Homeshop18. And I am medical patient and for me this is one kind of harassment. I am saying this every day whole week almost 8-9 times over phone 18001800918 and in email and in feedback form, but they are just is ignoring my complaint by saying that I should courier the wrong product – hair curler to the comp address but since this is the mistake of the company so the wrong product should get replaced at my home itself, as I have given the payment so I want my correct order – “Panasonic Automatic Cooker SRWA18 with Flower Print” at my address. As I am medical patient so they should collect the wrongly delivered product – “hair curler”. I am not able to track my complaint in their website and not even I am able to communicate with the company management also. I am feeling hopeless and begging you for helping me. I hope the company will take appropriate action and either they send my correct oder – “Panasonic Automatic Cooker SRWA18 with Flower Print” at my address or refund my money – Rs- 2099. This is my very bad experience from online shopping. Please let me know when I will get “Panasonic Automatic Cooker SRWA18 with Flower Print” with invoice at my address or refund my money – Rs- 2099.
