highly unhappy with samsung mobile . finally approaching cutomer care.

Hi sir/mam,

I bought Samsung Note 2 (GTN7I00),ON 29TH october from reliance digital, very next day i left to chennai for shoot . From the day one its hearing speaker is not working , touch screen starts working by itself, even volume of main speaker is to low.
I went to chennai service center, they told me since you got it from Bangalore and you live there, go and exchange there. When i reached bangalore the dealer and the RT NAGAR service center in bamgalore treated me badly and said they repair my NEW HANDSET.
WHY WILL I GET MY NEW PHONE REPAIRED ?? NEITHER THE DEALER OR CHENNAI SERVICE CENTER mentioned me about their 7 DAYS REPLACENT POLICY, NOR ITS MENTIONED ANYWHERE.
I have sent mail , called customer care, faced harrasmemt as service centers, after all this they said we will try and help. Accordingly i submitted my handset to samsung service center and standby phone WHICH IS ALSO NOT WORKING. I KEEP ON TRAVELLING. My most of work is through phone, i am lossing my work , my peace of mind because of this.
21st of november i have start my shoots , and i am out bangalore for a month and when i am calling customer care for replacing my phone they are telling “MAM DONT GET EXCITED , SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU”. Its been so many days i am in trouble . I paid my hard earned money -32000 for this phone. I begged, requested pleaded but no one is ready to understand.
I did not pay 32000 for a 2nd hand peice!!. Samsung people are telling it for repairing, but its manufacturing problem .
Please please please help
