High Data Consumption

Dear All,
This is to bring to your notice that I have been using AIRTEL 3G pre-paid datacard bearing no-95737-16935 for my personal use for almost 20 days .It is actually astonishing to see that within approximately 10 mins of normal surfing like checking mails, booking ticket in IRCTC etc almost 120mb of data is consumed…which is actually baffling.
I had done a recharge of Rs.250 for 1GB of data on 26th –May-2012 & within just 8 hrs of normal e mail etc. access total 1 GB was consumed!!! Prior to that I had taken a postpaid 3G connection bearing no-96180-81830 on 24th-May-2012 on rental of Rs.100/- with 300MB data & the same was consumed just within 1.5 HRs!!!
Even while not accessing any mail in standby mode data is continuously consumed in MBPS speed!!!God only knows what kind of software AIRTEL is using to fleece consumers. Whats again more surprising that no technical assistance could be provided by Airtel customer care.
Pls see the below usage I have gone for 1GB plan on 16th-Jun-2012 at 5.30pm & accessed mail for 30 mins & within the very next day of another 30 mins usage i.e-total 1 hrs of usage a mind-boggling 475 MB of data already consumed!!!

From above data furnished by AIRTEL check usage you can see that just within 6 mins 20% of 300MB i.e-60MB is consumed.
On submission of complaint Airtel website is not even accepting the complaintas it is mentioning “You are timed out.Retry”
