My name is Bachchan Kumar singh i am from Dist-jamui, Bihar.i purchased a Tata Magic in Sep. 2009 from Ganpati motors Pvt. Ltd. Deoghar ,Jharkhand, when i purchased the vehicle we paid 70000 Rs in Wich Rs- 34255 was down payment and 10760 Rs they kept as Advance and rest amount they told as other charges like registration and documentation,we also agreed that the 2nd and 3rd insurance will be provided by them and for that they will include 20000 Rs in total amount and after adding that amount total amount of 370000 Rs was agreed to be paid in 35 installment of Rs 10500 per month in wich we had to pay 34 and they already had as advance .They financed 260000 Rs @11.6% per annum. as agreed with them we started to pay our installment in cash at there dealer (Ganpati motors Pvt. ltd.) Deoghar from where we have purchased the vihchle . after collecting the installment from us they use to submit installment to Tata Motors Finance Ltd. we did not knew that the dealer does not submits our installment on time and some times after two three months and for that we gets penalized and we also not able to give one or two installment on time. then one day they stopped our vehicle without any notice or any information and they behaved very rudely and asked for the pending amount wich we gave them next day and took our vehicle they charged 9000 Rs for retainer charges from our account and other documentation charges. after that they stopped my vehicle two more times and tried to take keys and behave badly with us. now we have paid all the installment in sep. 2012 but still our account is not cleard as the dealer has still not paid that advance wich they kept three years ago and one more installment were missing we have all the receipt but Tata Motors finance staffs is not helping us they says go and talk to the dealer about the missing installments and they also created a Odc charges of around 31000 and asking the amount from us. please guide me what to do and whom to complain they are harassing us although we have already given 370000 Rs as installment for wich we have receipt.
Please ask them to give us Noc for our loan.
