I am a gas connection holder of Indane. Previously I was having the connection from Sri Rani Sati Indane distributor, Bagdogra, Siliguri and I used single subsidised gas cylinder for the FY 12-13. I transfered the connection from bagdogra to Raiganj on 23/01/2013 as I got transferred from bagdogra to Raiganj. When I approached the local distributor named Lal Babu Distributor for the transfer I had to roam for several days and then at last when they got the time to look into my case they told that I have consumed all 5 subsidised gas cylinder for the FY 12-13 and i have to buy the new cylinders in market price. I tried to made them believe that I have used only 1 but they heard none of my words.
Please look into the maas soon as possible as I am facing huge problem staying here with my family but not getting the gas connection.
