I am requesting Kotak Mahindra Bank to enquire about these two staff claiming to be Kotak Mahindra employee with the above mentioned mobile numbers. I have been receiving threatening calls with abusive languages for the last one week from these numbers. They informed me that I have taken loan from ABN AMRO, ICICI, HDFC Banks and has not returned till date and they have the authority to collect that which is a false allegation in first case. I asked them to send me the details of the loan taken if any but till now I have not received any mail from their part. They are not even ready to disclose their office address or designation. They have also called at my office, to my colleagues and also to my family members with wrong intention and have used filthy languages in the most indecent manner which has already been recorded. I am really surprised that a bank like Kotak Mahindra has recruited such low level people who are doing these type of cheap work. Please enquire about the whole thing and inform me. Otherwise I would be bound to take legal step.
I also came to know from the internet that numerous people of our country have experienced the same trauma and harassment without any valid reasons from recovery agents claiming to be Kotak Mahindra staffs but still am unsure if any steps have been initiated by Kotak Mahindra Bank against these staffs or agents till date. From my part I am uploading their names and contact numbers in the social network to aware people about them and police complain has also been filed against them. Please initiate enquire about the matter immediately.
