Harassment by ICICI recovery agent

I am getting regular calls from recovery agency appointed by icici. The agency is continously calling me and harrasing causing lot of mental trauma. the bank gaved loan to one of my team member Elena Mukherjee who shared my phone number as refrence. This team member left my organization two years back. from last week the recovery agent by the name of Vandana phone # 01145261270 is causing inconveinace that I am not able to focus on my normal work. The calls are continous and the person do not understand that I cannot be responsible for any thing that did not happened with my agreement.
