GTPL Internet Plan-Cheating regarding Speed Issue

Respected sir/madam,

I had Enlisted complaint to GTPL Customer-care regarding internet speed issue on 03-08-2012. we are tired with registering complaint they have forwarded our complaint 3-times but no solution. they always says they will solve in 24-hrs. our complaint-number is as below and date and status are also mentioned.

please help us, A GTPL-technician was came to check problem, but he said we have to change our existing Internet plan to higher rent if we need speed. from last 10 days we are facing this problem, before that speed was ok.
Our existing plan is,
plan for 180 days, Rs. 2700 Started from date 16-02-2012
256 kbps from 9 AM to 9 PM (at day)
and 1 Mbps from 9 PM to 9 AM (at night)

this is existing plan detail but now They are cheating us, Technician said that our plan is not being changing at night it is running on day time speed 256 kbps, because server does not changing our plan as per they promised
they will give us speed of 1 mbps after 9 PM when we purchase it. even we follow steps they suggest logout and login again after 9PM
but didn’t work they are not solving issue in 24 hrs. when we call in customer-care they are just forwarding it.

please, help us we need support from consumer forum. help us please sir.
we need our money back for this month or they extend days of internet usage which is losed due to GTPL’s servicing fault.

please, help.
