Grievance for non-delivery of the product

Please note that when I placed the order dt. 20 October 2014 and the shipping date was showing for 25 October which was decided by the Indiatimes itself. As this was a Bhaidooj gift and I was happy that it should be delivered on time. But when I checked the status on 25 October, they have changed the delivery date by 28 October itself without customer consent. As this is the BHAIDOOJ gift order then what is the use of getting the order delivered post festival.

I lodged a complaint that day and got the Ref ID 1572085.

Later on I had received a confirmation email stating that the product has been delivered dt. 27 October. But on checking, it was found that the product was not delivered.

Again I had lodged a complaint Ref. ID 1577176 but there is no response received from Indiatimes. This kind of behaviour IS COMPLETELY NOT ACCEPTABLE. On top of that, your customer service team also not paying attention to my issue. Now, I wanted the Refund of the payment made as there is no relevance of getting the product delivered post festival.

Also, I require the scan copy of the the delivery details i.e. to whom it was delivered, scan copy of sign-off taken at the time of delivery etc. Also, I do not want the delivery of the product now, the only thing I want is the refund of my payment.

Further, Indiatimes is a false site and the services provided by them is also ridiculous.
