Hi,

This complaint is regarding LIC Policy No 414765845, Table No & Deferment Period 122-E 05-05. Amount of monthly Annuity was declared as Rs 678/-.Installment Payment was Rs 11039 and Sum assured was Rs 50000.Capital Sum and guaranteed addition was Rs 68750.
After the maturity I,BHABANI PRASAD CHAKRABORTY,the owner of the policy, have not received any guaranteed addition. And the monthly Annuity that I am getting is Rs 447/-.

For the last 6 years i am following up on this and finally LIC has confirmed that they missed to pay RS 17187, 7 years back and they wanted us to visit the branch with the policy details.We did just that to hear that this claim wont be processed now.

I am a senior citizen and we hope this kind of harassment will be ended and proper annuity will be provided to me.
I really hope that this process will be initiated and proper action will be taken.

Please consider this case and oblige us by taking proper action to close this issue.

This is to inform you that an annuity amount is paid to me from LIC every year. Like every year, this year also an existence certificate duly signed & certified by Gazetted Officer is deposited at C.R AVENUE , KOLKATA-72 P&GS branch in mid April’2015.

But to my immense surprise, the amount of Rs 319/-( per quarter amount )has not yet been credited to my bank account no. With immense hope, I would like to request you to help me to get my annuity amount at the earliest.

Last year similar incident happened & ultimately it was solved by writing a letter to CR AVENUE office. It is also very surprising that whenever a call is given to the office, it is being said that the annuity no given below is wrong one. I do have the papers showing the same annuity no I mentioned during my phone calls to CR avenue office.
I am a senior citizen & hope this kind of harrasements would end.
