Now here’s the story, I placed my Order #15119 on 30th May, and i was to expect delivery by 9th – 15th June. On 4th June itself i received a very prompt email saying, ‘The status of order #15119 is now Shipped from Grabmore USA to Grabmore India’. I was overjoyed and got my hopes high about getting a quicker delivery. But,alas,the joy didn’t last for too long – come 9th, come 15th, come 20th(that’s today) – still the status remains the same!! I spoke to the customer care a few times, but they are as clueless as I am now about it – when asked about the status, ans- ‘this is a product from USA’, ‘it has been shipped’ -whether it was still with the customs, ans -‘NO’, whether it was with them, ans-‘NO’, what is the tracking no.?ans-‘as soon as we receive the product, we’ll dispatch it to you’ – as expected, i became a bit shocked and asked them exactly where the stuff was then, the ans was prompt ‘you’ll receive your product by this weekend’ – that last information was apparently very valuable, but then it was given every time i called(on two different weeks)!! So here I am, with no knowledge of what is happening to my order, except that ‘IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED FROM USA’ aaaargggh!!
oh one thing i really liked about the Grabmore customer care was that on each occassion they left me saying they’ll call up they’re folks right away, and contact me personnally with all the info. They didn’t!
