Grabmore.com – My Worst Online Shopping Experience

Now here’s the story, I placed my Order #15119 on 30th May, and i was to expect delivery by 9th – 15th June. On 4th June itself i received a very prompt email saying, ‘The status of order #15119 is now Shipped from Grabmore USA to Grabmore India’. I was overjoyed and got my hopes high about getting a quicker delivery. But,alas,the joy didn’t last for too long – come 9th, come 15th, come 20th(that’s today) – still the status remains the same!! I spoke to the customer care a few times, but they are as clueless as I am now about it – when asked about the status, ans- ‘this is a product from USA’, ‘it has been shipped’ -whether it was still with the customs, ans -‘NO’, whether it was with them, ans-‘NO’, what is the tracking no.?ans-‘as soon as we receive the product, we’ll dispatch it to you’ – as expected, i became a bit shocked and asked them exactly where the stuff was then, the ans was prompt ‘you’ll receive your product by this weekend’ – that last information was apparently very valuable, but then it was given every time i called(on two different weeks)!! So here I am, with no knowledge of what is happening to my order, except that ‘IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED FROM USA’ aaaargggh!!
oh one thing i really liked about the Grabmore customer care was that on each occassion they left me saying they’ll call up they’re folks right away, and contact me personnally with all the info. They didn’t!

    I got the product ,what i have ordered but they are taking too much of time to deliver the product.I thought of shouting at them during delivery but after seeing the product i kept quite because the quality is good.

    Recently i ordered Microsoft Surface Windows RT 32GB ,US product from grabmore but for me they sent follow up emails for every change in status & i also received good quality product any way i am satisfied with their service.

    I purchased Numark IDj Live for iPad from grabmore
    I found it a defective piece.after a number of mails first of all there was no response from this co then I received a mail directing to send this defective device back. I despatched the same through speed post but surprisingly I got a call from grabmore that they received this packet in a damaged condition after that they sent me a mail that instead of Numark IDj Live for iPad there are some papers only. When I contacted speed Post authority they denied having exchanged it and brushed off this allegation saying why they accepted the parcel if it was damaged in transit so we are not responsible
    Now I received a mail from grabmore that parcel had a knife cut which was not visible at that time thus contradicting themselves. After that the co is not responding to my mails. That is how they cheated me. It is a fraud co. Don’t purchase any thing from them

    Worst customer care….We have ordered the same product in different sizes, but only 1 item was good and the 2nd one quality is too bad and we asked to exchange the product…every day we should call and track the information and that also they are not clearly explaining. I didn’t faced like this situation in any online sites. This is the first worst online site. My sincere request to all not to shop in this site.

    I had very worst online shopping experience with Grabmore. I will never recommend people to buy on Grabmore. Customer care service is very bad. We have to call them daily for the status and they will give false updates. It takes months for them to update the status and send us the product.

    I think most of the reeviews on mouthshut are by the company guys themselves.

    Fraudesters and looters for your money…in case you want to loose out on your hard earned money you can go ahead and shop else use your brains and do not ever shop from these people as they will just eat up your money, time and energy if the product is faulty…they will neither respond to you nor call you back and will give false promises and will not refund your money.

    Fraudsters and looters for your money…in case you want to loose out on your hard earned money you can go ahead and shop else use your brains and do not ever shop from these people as they will just eat up your money, time and energy if the product is faulty…they will neither respond to you nor call you back and will give false promises and will not refund your money.
