Give a wrong information, for which I have spent Rs 2000

A few days back I have written an email to Jiocare regarding the following subject:
Do I want to know, whether I’ll be able to make a voice call from Apple 4S using Jiofi? The communication no was 9732211.
After that, they reply “yes”.
Then I brought the Jiofi, but I was unable to do that!
Then I again wrote an email about my disability.
Then they reply, oh we are sorry, you can’t!
What does that mean?
I already spent my money and it was Rs. 2000!
I want the compensation or return my money back.
Please help me accordingly.
