Getting irritating calls on residential land number from different mutual fund or insurance companies.These calls are repeatiing everyday and happening anytime of the day.Even many time nobody is responding from their side.But the calls are creating hurriness in my home.
Due to which we saved from an accident to happen.In my family my parents are too old and also unwell.My wife is also not well.So anytime anything unexpected can happen in my family due to these risky calls in my absence.
When some cutomer care executive responded after making the call they are requested several time to repeat the calls again expressing our unwillingness but they can’t help and they informed the nubers are computerised to call anytime of the day due which maximum time we are not getting any response after receiving the calls.
Talked to locally situated BSNL officer/PRO but she also seemed not helpful as she has no option to restrict the call on land number.Rather she asked to surrender the currend land number and to get a non directory number where my current number is like more than 10 years old.
As per the talk (rarely)with executives we came to know the calls we made from HDFC life,Birla sunlife,Reliance capital though we have not validated as there is no option.From caller id i tracked some numbers from which I got these calls.They are 1409247096,1409247017,1409247097,1409520203,1409520207,1409247099,1409520204,1409247098,1409247019,1409247032,1409740741,1409247018,1409520202,1409740735 etc.
Also these numbers are not reachable.So at these stage I request your help to get rid of this issue anyway.Please suggest.
