Getting Calls for a court case for not paying the postpaid bill

I got a call and a lady call me from 9643218018 Tis Hazari court as she was told me there was a case against me and given case file no. DL707/14 and Mob no. of Gautam and the number 9643217965 for contacting the further details

I have given a call to him, As he told me I have to due amount to pay the IDEA postapid connection 9092331122, if I am not going to pay in another 1 Hr, he told me he will proceed further actiions to put the delhi court and I need to attend in court tomorrow

someone please help me is this was the genuie case? what can I do against.

    I have also got the call from 9643218018 stating case has been filed against you as 420 criminal case in Delhi High Court. Do you know about this? I also do not know about anything if want to know more please contact Yadav 9643217965. He is advocate he will explain full details to you.

    Case Number D70XX/14.

    I am not going to call him. May be cheap tricks played by big corporate company.

    They are calling in the name of Court and fooling people. Such people should be arrested immediately and cases should be against them under as many sections as possible. These people are making joke of Indian Court and the Judiciary System.

    this is all cheap trick i got 150 cal from (96432 18018) last 1month but idont care this all fake calls , when u getting this cal please scold them

    i too received such calls from Legal cell of VS Yadav, i kept ignoring them initially, bcoz they said we have sent a notice but i hadnt receive any notice, But Now i have received a Legal notice through courier from Reliance they r stating i used a number which i dont remember ever using, they have specified a court room and time to report tommorrow in Chennai, plz advice where shud i pay this bill, my Lawyer is also suggesting me to pay this small amount immidietely, I called VS Yadav also but he refuses to help now, Customer Care is also not helping
