i m using vodafone 3g data plan today they have cutted my balance of 99 rs.in the list of last 3 charges they explained that “dnld d2c mobc ganak ppu 99mobclixs”.but i have not apply for such application ever.this is such a shameful act from such a respected company.

Same thing happened with me today. Balance of 75 was deducted for the same reason. I was told it happened at 1.30 in the night. I was sleeping at that time!

Vodafone charged me also 99Rs for some d2c_mobc_ganak_ppu downloads. When enquired with customer care, they gave the stupid reason that while surfing the net you accidentally clicked one of the advertisement. It’s really a shameful act of earning money from the customers.

This is very frod company … form the starting they are chiting to me.
Again and again I am going his Mini store but they also not co-operative.
Take Airtel instead of Vodafone ….. Very Bad Experience with Vodafone .. Still goverenment providing releif to this company .. such a shame thing

I was also billed for d2c_mobc_ganak_ppu. I wrote to Vodafone and asked for details on this item and break-up of charges. Within a few hours, I got an email from them saying that they will waive of this charge of Rs.99 in next bill.

I was alsio charged Rs. 99/- for the same “d2c_mobc_ganak_ppu”.
Can anyone really know what was this charged for, I mean any application or any website or any other purpose?This is not the first time for me. Almost every month bill they are charging me liei this mentioning some other things and when i called customer care, they are telling you have visited charged website and suggesting me next time please don’t visit websites that are charging. But still i am unable to understand what are those websites bcoz till now i browsed websites like Wikipedia, G mail, Facebook, YouTube etc, and not any other websites. Most of the times i use WiFi connection available at my home and office.

I was also charged Rs. 99/- for the same “d2c_mobc_ganak_ppu”.
I called the vodafone representative, he said I downloaded some game.
but he assured that their service team will contact me by tomorrow. Lets see what they have to say about it. -
mine are also deducted for the same.
Fraud and cheap company.everyone should maintain a balance of rs 20 in their mobile so that such cheap companies can not fraud or I think everyone should leave Vodafone. -

BILL NO.0259236619 BILL PERIOD 11-JAN-2015 TO 10-FEB-2015 PLAN- E_CONNECT_3G_375 MOB.NO. 8447620638 in my bill downloading charge reflected RS 99/- ref. d2c_mobc_ganak_ppu. My Internet plan is unlimited and i have not download any chargeable item. How can vodafone paid any third party on behalf of me without permission. last month also it was charged and wave it on my request.again this month they r charging. Please do not harass this type of service from a reputed company like vodafone. Please waive my this charge and I am paying only the actual amount.

This charge happened for me and i thought i was the only one, looks like many are there.
Vodafone didn’t even take it as a complaint and there is no solution provided to prevent it in future.
