Full benefits not provided by company

Respected Sir/Mam

I MR. ALAM HUSSEN a user of Reliance Number 9883670861 have recharged my number with Rupees Fifty Two (52) via online using reliance communication on 11th July 14 on 03:45 pm. As per the plan I was entitled to enjoy All Local calls at 1.2paisa/2sec for 180 days.
But after recharge I received a message from Reliance stating that ” Enjoy 1.2paisa/2sec for 90 days only”.
On same day(11th July 14, at 03:54 pm) I spoken to the customer care -198 to regarding this issue but they can not provide me a proper resolution & also not register my complaints.AND DISCONNECT MY CALL

As per Customer Care plan is revised but website is not updated.Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and take the strong step for AGENT who DISCONNECT my Call.

Also I am requesting to all of your team kindly update your website time to time.

And please provide me the full benefit as per your Webpage.
