Freecharge : Money Deducted from Bank but tarnsaction failed

Hi,

Couple of weeks back i tried book movie tickets online and used payment option as Freecharge.
But my transaction failed and the money got deducted from my bank.
I have raised an issue to frecharge Customer care, but they are not responding. Its very bad service from freecharge.
