1st time a call come to me from their PNT no-011-204960400. and Mobile No-09212483973. They told me that they selected my number for job and I have to register rs.1600/- for this I have made online payment on that day i.e 26.09.2013 after that they told me that it shown “decline error” ask again 1600/-(from A/C no- 30104872176) I have paid it. After that one of their employee Mr. Anirban Dasgupta told me that I have to give another account no. for refund the extra 1600/-, because in this account there is no balance. He told me to open a form and to put amt 6400/-(from A/C no- 20090136173) when I asked him for that money, he told me that its a bank process. Again he told me that it shown “Authentication failor” He required another account no. and have to put 14400/-, by mistake i entered 1440/-(from A/C no-
31380100001362) in the form, he again told to put 14400/-(A/C no- 31380100001362), again he told that I have done transaction two times so it has conflicted in this account he could not refund, he required another account and have to put 10500/-(from A/C no- 10234560790) When I saw the statement in ATM machine, already 35940/- has been debited from my all account. I asked about that and sent the all statement. He told me that he has discussed with Bank manager and again said to open the form and told me to put 33918/-. I asked that my amt. was 35940/- but have to do entry 33918/- why? he told me that its a Govt. Tax and it will refund within 48 hrs. rest of the amount we will give you in one time. By this process total 69858/- amt was debited from my Account. When I called at the evening office has been already closed. At the morning when I called Anirban Dasgupta, he told me that they required another pvt. account. I told I do not have pvt. account. At last he told me that it was a ” Gateway error of ccavenue” still the amt is in gateway server, they have not got it. And server will be repair and release all the money on 01.10.2013 Tuesday. other wise he will pay me personally. but now when I called him some other employee receive the phone and says that he is busy in the meeting or he has not come to office yet etc.
