Fraudulently added Active Smart Games

This is Dr Dilip Yadav here. My subscriber id is 1091992048 and registered mobile number is 9826127233.Tata sky executives from phone number +91409340496 called me on my son’s mobile number and asked how is the service of tata sky and if channels are working properly.After the call they messaged on my number that active smart games has been activated and deducted 100 Rs. from tata sky account.And we complained on call centre as well as emailed too.they are not deactivating the channel and given no reply on email
Complaint No- is 1-40098701122.This is outright cheating and refund our money and remove this channel immediately.
