FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION ON MY SBI CREDIT CARD

Respected sir/Madam,
I want to inform you regarding some fraudulent transactions made against my sbi credit card (4317-5751-750X-XXXX) on 10-jan-2012 and lodge a complaint for these fraudulent transactions.
On 10-jan-2012 I was in my office, I received a message regarding a transaction made on my sbi credit card at one card inc. Within 05 minutes I received 2nd such messages, two transactions made for one card inc.Of rs 14,548.28 two times.
I immediately called to sbi customer care and inform them regarding these fraudulent transactions and asked them to block my card. Customer care executive advised me to wait for two days as those transactions was unbilled. But in the mean time I had sent a fax copy of dispute form to [email protected] & mail the same incident also [email protected] “case ID=005-526-007′ fraudulent transaction.
On 02-feb-2012 I received a mail from [email protected] that I have to .The investigation for these transactions has been completed. We confirm that the transactions are valid as they have been performed in a secure electronic commerce environment and have been validated by your card CVV and date of birth over the internet; hence the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder.

Since the card is still in your possession, we urge you to clear the outstanding balance at the earliest to avoid further late fee and finance charges on your card account.
We are therefore closing the dispute at our end.

Kindly investigate into this issue. I am in deep trouble right now. I DID not make any transaction with this card.

    I faced a similar situation yesterday. two transactions (CASH WITHDRAW) of Rs 10000 and Rs 2000 were made on my SBI credit card in Sector 27, SBI ATM (informed by SMSes) when I was at Gurgaon with my family and friends at a social gathering. I have 10-12 people who saw me there with my card still in possession with me and inface helped me in reaching the SBI customer care to block the card. The executive blocking my card was rather rude saying how can that be possible.. However, I have all proofs that I was in GGN and in possession of my card.
    Nevertheless he insisted that I fill the dispute form and send it on the email id [email protected]. Being an ex-crime reporter and from media background, I rather filed an FIR first and sent a copy of the same alongwith the above form. Still, reading about the experiences of various people with SBI credit card team, I am not sure if I can still avoid paying the above amount from my pocket. BUT I am very adamant that if they do not close this dispute in my favor, I am in all mood to move the concerned court along with the above said FIR and drag the SBI guys too in this matter. I am not closing this matter so easily.

    Hi Team,

    Please find the below transaction done below merchants. i have got call from this number :7272075804 on 5-oct-2016 10:30AM they told me we are calling from SBI card you have reward point we are encashing to 4500Rs/- please share the card details and they have my Card last 4 digits and mobile number 4 digits and they generated OTP and requeted OTP numbers as below.

    1) The One Time Password (OTP) for your online transaction on http://www.oxigenwallet.comfor INR 2400.00 on your SBI Card no. 1155 is 608441.

    2)The One Time Password (OTP) for your online transaction on MPESA for INR 2500.00 on your SBI Card no. 1155 is 031913.

    3)The One Time Password (OTP) for your online transaction on IDEAMONEY for INR 2500.00 on your SBI Card no. 1155 is 172784
    .
    4)The One Time Password (OTP) for your online transaction on AIRTELMONEY for INR 4500.00 on your SBI Card no. 1155 is 976125.

    i have blocked the Card and Please do the need full and take neccessary action reverse the above transactions.

    Hi Team,
    There are two fraud transactions on my SBI credit card(517252XXXXXX6519) that happened 11/01/2018 amounting 531.7$(Rs. 33853.34) and 511.25$(Rs. 32551.29) at around 01:31 PM. I received OTP for both the transactions on my registered mobile number which I did not share with anyone but still the transactions got successful and amount has been debited from my credit card. I have lodged a complaint for the same over call and I have been told to fill and send the transaction dispute form. I have already given a complaint to SBI regarding this. But I don’t think how far they will handle the case.
    Therefore I request you to kindly look into this case & it would be great if you could help me on raising this complaint and do the needful. So that I can get back my money.

    I WAS APPLIED FOR SBI CREDIT CARD, AT SBI SEINIKETAN BRANCH,
    BRANCH CODE,SBIN0012391, TILL RECEIVED I NEVER USED THAT CARD TO PURCHASE ANYTHING, after received that card to activation call me everyday from your NOIDA OFFICE, ANDDOMBIVILI OFFICE MUMBAI, they forcing me tell your card details its need to activate your card, i was given the details of SBI CARD, then threatning me give OTP NO, i was given ,then received a message RS,8446/- DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT, so request you to kindly refund my money soon , i am a poor senior citizen why this FRAUD ACTIVITY BY THE SBI CARD PROCESSING OFFICE, HOW THEY GOT MY MOB NO, AND ALL THE DETAILS, KINDLY VERIFY AND REFUND MY MONEY SOON,
