fraudulent through promo packs and internet packs by Airtel

Dear Sir, My name is Dharmendra Sharma and my mobile number is 9007195614. This is to bring to your notice that there is a big fraud going on through promo packs here in Kolkata by the Airtel. It golws like this…

We recharge our account with a promo pack valid for various duration 30,60 or 90 days and chexk the validity via *111#. But as soon as the promo expires it is automacilly replaced by another pack with a higher call rate. And when we check it shows valid for so n so time. Thus we simply cannot notice that the promo is expired and ultimately pay more for calls.

Earlier the call rates were simply made Rs.1/minute. That was also okay as by seeing the call charge also we could make out about the promo pack. But now they activate a promo that charges per second thus making it further more tough to realise the expiry of the promo pack.

When I complain about this in the customer care they very rudely told me to note down the expiry date of the promo pack and recharge accordingly.
Atleast airtel can send us a reminder message regarding the promo pack.

The same happens with the 2G internet pack too. There are no reminders about the expiry and many a times we realise about it when out of the blue we find the account balance exhausted. And the customer care executive informs us about the internet pack

Every penny of ours is hard earned. So this is my polite request to you to kindly look into the matter.
