I had brought the country vacations membership for 30 years of holiday vacations, from your Centriole Building, Pune on August 3, 2013 (Membership Number CVPUBGCLUB30LB153916).
I have already paid 185000.
Issue: I was persuaded to join the country club which I initially did not want to join. But their executives lured me with extra offers like trip to Thailand for 6 days/7 nights which will be completely paid by the country club. But Still I was not convinced by their offer. Then I was offered for a free trip to New Zealand for the same time period and again which was supposed to be bearded by the company.
Finally I consented to join this membership on the basis of a number of services / facilities & benefits to be provided by the Country Vacations Club (as explained to me) during the course of membership.
I was also told that I will be getting a global life time membership free for the country club as per which I could avail the services from anywhere in the country.
Issue 1: I was never told that I will be required to pay Rs. 8000 annually for some maintenance charges. But later I found that the same is present in the agreement which they made me signed without telling me about it and later put the amount in the agreement and handed over that to me.
Issue 2: I was misguided by the executive about the Thailand trip which they told me is worth 60000. And now I came to know that I will have to bear the travelling expenses for same.
Issue 3: I was also misguided for the New Zealand; there is no mention of the New Zealand trip in the agreement and it came to my knowledge that I will not be given any such offer.
Issue 4: As per my last conversation with one of the executive of country club, I was promised that the Membership fee that I have paid will be refundable if I find this to be dis satisfactory or else the offers that were being offered to us in actual were not being fulfilled.
Issue 5: I had been told about a lot many offers and while presenting the agreement when I started reading the same, the executive interrupted me and told me that you need not to go thru the agreement, its all what is being informed to you by me and nothing else. So I trusted the executive and now I am realizing that whatever was being informed to me was a pile of lies.
I am highly dissatisfied with this kind of misguidance I was served with & I want to withdraw my membership from Country Club. I feel that the company is generating funds from general public by virtue of giving false promise and not obliging. I have already paid Rs. 185000 and now I want this amount to be credited back to my account ASAP. Please find below my Membership details for your reference.
