This is to bring to everyones notice that illegal practices being used by “IDEA CELLUAR LTD ” to recover the dues from customers.
It is observed that IDEA representatives are pretending to be “Information Officers” from “Tis Hazari Court, Delhi” calling the customers who seems to have some pending dues towards bill payments.
In my case I had purchased IDEA PostPaid connection and disconnected it within a months time , because the Sim Card was not delivered to me and the service request raised for Sales issue was not addressed at all by IDEA representatives.
On 20th when a verification call made to me in this regard ,I come to know about the existence of number (874801444) on my name and address.
In this relation I raised several complaints to customer care and respective Idea Care Center-Lajpat Nagar.
1st Complaint 24th February 2012 – Sales Complaint (Thats regarding to this particular nos existence without my knowledge)
2nd Complaint 7th March 2012 – Request for De-activiation of this number,(Idea request id :- 109780449)
10th March 2012 – Number Deactivated

I had paid the Rs 250 as security in advance, but even after Deactivation of this number I got November month bill which I chose not to pay as I already had given a disconnection notice.
On 14th january 2013 Morning
The Shakshi Verma Information officer(Soochana Bibhag) called me from Cell No- 8750046349 and told me that the Tis Hazari Court has a case received against me and I need to talk to the lawyer who has filed the case, and also given the case file number as 105/66.
I was given a contact number of Adv Rakesh Sharma (Cell No- 9871249558) and asked contact him within 2 hrs on failing to get back he will process the application and I will have to appear in the court the next day for hearing.
When I called up on given number (Cell No- 9871249558), I was told that the advocate has sent two court notices to my address.
He will take up the case in court for hearing tomorrow unless I pay him the settlement amount of Rs. 3000 (Three thousand rupees only).
On 14th January Evening I went to enquire regarding this issue On Idea care center in Lajpat Nagar, Center representative KULBHUSHAN (mobile no:-9891040379) shared me all the information regarding this Mobile number and he assured the above said details is correct and the bill generated is due respect for the activation on Nov 24 to Nov 26 2012 which is without knowledge of customer.
On 15th January 2013 Morning
I again made call to Shakshi Verma Information officer of Tis Hazari court to clarify the issue with information, which I got from Idea care center , she told me you can come and meet me in Room 3,Ground floor in Tis Hazari court.
Then I made call to Adv Rakesh Sharma (Cell No- 9871249558) today when I enquired about my full case file Number, inorder to file a COUNTER CLAIM on this issue, he told me that you will receive the summons in one or two days . this time he told me your Case file N0. Is 105/55 (this time case file no. Changed to 105/55 from 105/66). “Tu jo kar sakta hai wo karle ,hum tuje dikhate hai hum kya kar sakte hai”.
When inquired with Tis Hazari Court, We could not find any advocate named Rakesh Sharma working with them.
Even the phone number Cell No- 9871249558 from where we got the calls does not belong to court
I request you to take stricter action against these fraudulent people or also against any IDEA Cellular officials if involved any.
This is clearly a case of “Contempt of Indian courts” and if any action is not taken from your side I will bring this issue to the notice of Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.
