Fraudulant practice. No intimation. No communication. No refund.

I ordered an LED tv(order #3049721420) & a sofa set(order #3063807033) on 7th oct. Tv was paid via cc emi scheme & sofa via debit card. Tv was supposed to be despatched by 8th oct n delivered by 16th oct. Few days later I got an sms notifying that the tv delivery got delayed. Last night I logged in to my acc n saw that the tv was returned as the courier failed to deliver it. I got no email intimating the return. I tried to contact them via online form. They didnt revert back. They didnt pick up my phone. Now im not sure if it got cancelled or not. My emi scheme has been activated already. They have worst customer service and the whole thing seems quite fishy.
My second order the sofa set. The same thing happened. They texted me abt the delayed delivery and no further notification. They wont communicate. They wont reply back. Its a lot of money and im feeling quite helpless. I often shop online bt never faced such problem. I want to cancel my order and get my refund ASAP. Please help.

  1. The company name is snapdeal.com btw. I missed to mention it. I called them up. They said the courier came to my house but no one was there so it got returned. Which is an outright lie coz my parents are always home and nobody came. I was not provided with any courier details like the company name or tracking no etc. The last sms(no email) says the depatch got delayed. Isnt it confusing n misleading? How come the courier guy came to my house when they didnt even despatch the product.
    They are doing the same thing with the second prder also. I want my money back.
    Guys. Never buy from snapdeal.com if u love ur hard earned money.

  3. Are u kidding me? I mailed like a million times, nobody replied. U guys were probably busy robbing people then. Whatever. I have talked to my lawyer, I am going to drag u guys to consumer court.
    Please do NOT buy from snapdeal.com. They will turn ur joy of shopping into nightmares. And u will be cheated n robbed.
