PLEASE be aware of the online frauds being done by MNV Collections (masterminded by Manoj bhatia [email protected])

These folks have registered with major online portals and they supply used and defective equiplements like iphones, for the new orders. Unsuspecting customers ordering from sites like Rediff.com, can easily fall prey and loose money. I have lost INR 12,000 to them and I am doing an FIR. Anynody else, having similar issues, please contact me at [email protected] and I will include your case as well.

I had made an order on 16 June, 2016 but haven’t received any information else than the money being debited. The contact e-mail IDs they have given on the site are also fake.

I am also ordered iPhone 5s from rediff.com(Seller MNV corporation) on July 5th But Product was not delivered even after 12 days. Since they not delivered on time I requested for cancellation but Rediff.com didn’t take any cancellation request. At last they delivered a product on July 19th via Vxpress courier. When I opened the same that was defective and used iPhone and I am now following up with Rediff for the returning a product & refund. Still the Product has not been collected back . I am waiting for the proper response from Rediff.com, If they not taking proper action on this I will definitely go for legal actions.

I bought an iPhone Xs from this Manoj guy and the product I got was defective with a local replaced screen with a fake charger and cable. Even the box was not original. I asked him to exchange the device, and it’s been 8 months, I haven’t heard from the guy. Totally fraud. Lost 37k completely.
