Fraudness and cheating from Birla sunlife insurance agent and advisor end

Sir/Madam I require your intervention please…..

As I purchase this policy that i don’t have much money and this policy will be benefit in my future but it create me a problem.

My self nilesh somar gupta with policy number 006599726 which i purchase through “voice mode”

Because of fraudness and cheating from Birla sunlife insurance agent and advisor end with me i want to cancel my policy.

As per telephonic conversetion with Birla sunlife insurance agent name Vivek Sharma from land line phone no.(which he said all call is recording)+912261036800 +912261906400 & mobile no.+917208821170(which is now switch off).
He said me that there is policy name with life secure where i have to pay only Rs 3000 per month for 3 yrs(which is Rs 1,08,000) after completing on 3 yrs i will eligible for receiving amount near about Rs 2,00,000+ some bonus and medical benifit of Rs 3,00,000 per annum till 18 yrs.for medical benifit i don’t have to pay extra money and it will start from first month with cashless facility. AND he said that me on phone all above thing i will receive in written on document with recorded telephonic conversetion CD when i will be receive my all document.
BUT when i received my document i seen that there is nothing as per telephonic conversetion with vivek sharma . and when i try to contact vivek sharma his mobile number(+917208821170) is showing switch off till date.
when i was try to contact Vivek sharma’s advisor Deepak salunke which mobile no given on document which i received it is also show that not reachable continually to till date.

Because of above fraudness and cheating i don’t want to continue the policy and i want refund of Rs 6000 to me which i paid in advance for 2 months through cheque on time of opening policy.

As per Free-Look Period

You will have the right to return your policy to us within 15 days (30 days in case the policy issued under the provisions of IRDA Guidelines on Distance Marketing (1) of Insurance products) from the date of receipt of the policy.
We will refund the premium paid once we receive your written notice of cancellation (along with reasons thereof) together with the original policy documents. We will deduct proportionate risk premium for the period of cover and expenses incurred by us on medical examination and stamp duty charges while issuing your policy in accordance to IRDA (Protection of Policyholders Interest) Regulations, 2002 .

(1) Distance Marketing includes every activity of solicitation (including lead generation) and sale of insurance products through voice mode, SMS electronic mode, physical mode (like postal mail) or any other means of communication other than in person.

As I purchase this policy that i don’t have much money and this policy will be benefit in my future but it create me a problem.
