I want to lodge an official compliant against online shopping site indianroots.com under NDTV.
— I recently bought a Anarkali suit from them and as everyone would expect a Anarkali to be until ankles this suit is just under knees and looks horrible. They showed in the picture on the site the same length as well until ankles.
–Second, they write on their site that they will include the churidaar along with the suit and when I open the packet all i see is the unstitched fabric.To me its false advertising as they are giving wrong information to the customers. They have these fancy pictures of this suit on website but in reality the suit is everything but nice. I’d love to share pictures here but i dont have an option to do so here.
— Last but not the least, the quality of the fabric is extremely poor and its badly tailored. the layers(kalis) of the anarkali suit is popping out and it looksl ike a small frock instead of an graceful anarkali suit.
I have shared all this information with them and shared all pictures too. Not to my surprise, the customer service is as pathetic as their products. At thisp oint they are not coooperating with me and asking me to send it back on my expense and I’m not buying that. It is their fault 100% and they should bear the responsilibity and cost of it. Please help me resolve this asap.
