fraud with shoe

I bought a shoe of puma from flipkart and the retailer name is TECH CONNECT RETAIL PVT.LTD.
Now after 2 month ,my shoe has deteriorated. When I contact with flipkart they are saying that after 30 days .we are not responsible please contact your company PUMA. when I contact with PUMA.They are saying we give 90 days warranty.
when I say it is within warranty period then they suggested to contact with retailer.
The retailer also not ready to take responsibility.
In short , my shoe is in the warranty but no one is ready to take its responsibility for replacing it.
I have been duped.
I have the receipt of purchasing shoe.
please help me.
