Fraud Vodafone : Unneccessary Charges

Hello Guys,

Vodafone has unnecessarily charged me for

d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 :Rs 99 and
wapvilla_ppd :Rs 49

These services I have not activated and these people are saying This has been initiated by SIM.How can this be possible.I have secure pin for my mobile no else and use my mobile and I have not done this.

Could you please suggest what kind of action I can take agained them.
