Fraud from Snapdeal in Mobile Lenovo K900 32GB

Sir,
I had purchased a Lenovo K900 32GB mobile from Snapdeal.com in Jaunary’14 for Rs. 24000/-.

But in less than 2 months its giving problem in charging. I visited its service centre in Rohini, without any complaint in Snapdeal.

First of all they told me that the charger model C-P40 I’m having is not for this mobile K900. Its charger model is C-P36. Anyway they keep it for 3 days and returned me and said that now it is ok but use its original charger C-P36.

I contacted many times to Snapdeal asking for the replacement for its charger, but till date not got any satisfactory reply.

They cheated me and sent the wrong accessories.

Kindly help me to come out of this problem.
