Myself prashant gupta, i am an engineering student and for my project i did some online shopping through “thehobbyshop.in” which deals in RC Electronics items. I did a shopping of Rs. 11831/- and i have paid this amount to website now its not showing any order details in this website i have paid 450 extra for 3 days delivery. I have paid this amount through ebs payment gateway and they have sent me payment confirmation mail. but this website shows no orders from my side when i tried to contact on the given no. of this site its going not reachable and when i mailed them no reply is coming from that side. i have mailed three times. please help me i have collected this amount from freinds for project .Now i have nothing and they are not contactable. no mail for order confirmation from this website. please do something sir.
