My name is JAYAKUMAR MB from Cochin Kerala.Sir I have seen an facebook post advertisement of M/S SAPPHIRE HR INTERNATIONAL DELHI BASED AGENCY regarding a job vacancies in Al QATARI BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ,UAE.They have given lot of vacancies in various positions in this company and as per their advertisement I have been applied for the post of OFFICE ADMIN .I have received a mail from this agency later mentioning that I have been selected for the post of office admin vacancy after discussing with client and careful review of my resume with Salary of 5500 UAE Dirham and the service charge is Rs 50000/- only and they given two mobile numbers {91-9910459022/9910459023}for contacting and also asked me to report Delhi office for further discussion, remaining formalities and taking medical checkup .I had gone to agencies office on 27/04/2017at Delhi,met Mr Sanjiv (The name he told me that time)and they had collected my resume ,copies of certificate and photos .
Mr Sanjiv told me that you will take medical test today itself and after that consultancy will forward the medical report to company’s Dubai office company subsequently they will send offer letter directly to my mail ID from company’s mail ID with in twelve days . They had been collected Rs 4000/- from me for medical checkup and send me to LIFE CARE IMAGING DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE ,TAIMOOR NAGAR NEWDELHI
After two days they had send me a copy of medical fitness report .I have received an offer letter from AL QATARI BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ,UAE on May second week .Mr Sanjiv called and asked me to deposit Rs 20000/- initially in their account for Visa process and balance amount will before taking fly ticket,But this time some doubts have raised in my mind, my first doubt is that the company’s contact number is not available in their own website so I asked him to give the land number of the company .His replay was the moment I asked the contact number you will get call from company after taking visa.
After my detailed enquiry I find out following details
1, AL QATARI BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ,UAE is does not exist I this name anywhere and it is fake company
2,The web site of the company alqatariconstructions.com is fake(please check through scamadviser.com)
3,Contact number is not available in company’s website
4,Sapphire HR International , has not a registered and not a licensed agency for conducting recruitment for abroad

5,In company’s website they have mentioned that this company is a member of AL QATARI GROUP ,but the truth is that there is no group in this name anywhere .
6,Asked me to pay Rs 50000 for medical, visa,and flight ticket
They did not respond my enquiry regarding license number and registration details for conducting recruitment abroad B and at last I asked him to pay back the amount which collected from me Rs 4000/- and my expense incurred during Delhi visit but no response yet this time .After my enquiry ,doubts and complaints they removed their face book post of this vacancy from yesterday onwards(5/6/2017)
