I am using vodafone postpaid connection for phone number 7768057575 from last 4 months and everytime they are charging me money against some downloading which I have not downloaded.And response from Vodafone was very bad.For July month they have added 333.50 rupees extra,April 258.00,for may 90.00 and for June 174.00.So I have paid 855.5 rupees without reason from last 4 months.I am lodging complain in consumer forum with the trust that they will help me with this and give me justice.Please help me in this matter.I am getting punished financially without reason.
