Fraud of land by Desire agro resort development Pvt. Ltd.

Name of company/service: Desire Agro Resorts Development Pvt. Ltd.

I purchase a land of 2 katas in the name of NITU SHAW (wife) from Desire in their project SONAR TORI at Sonarpur by full payment of Rs.1,10,000.00 on the month April 2004. They promised me in writing to hand over the said land within three years after proper development. But yet now, they do not hand over the said land after developing. When I contact with them personally, they only commit to hand over it very soon. Recent, I visit to this project area (Sonar Tori), there I do not observe any development yet now, so that they can hand over the parity’s land. Desire does not fraud me only they also cheat many people like me. so
I would request the authority of Consumer forum to take the necessary action against Desire Agro Resorts development Pvt. Ltd. to save us and to guide us to sort out this problem

    From net, I came to know that company (Desire agro resort development Pvt.Ltd.) has decided to refund against the plot. But how much they want to refund against the plot that is not clearly mentioned in their official reply. If they clearly mention this, that is better for the customer to decide about their plot. I also purchased one plot (2K) at SONAR TORI at sonarpur after full payment on 24/03/2005. But they do not handed over the said plot yet now. The Company also tells that the company has changed the specification of the project SONAR TORI at Sonarpur . It is very much helpful if you will clarify the above line (i.e. changed the specification of the project) through mail.

    We have visited as with the invitation from Pradip Paul and met Mr. Chowdhury who is another scam artist and saying that our invested money will be catered very soon after 15th of May 2013… They are all big damn layers and cheaters….Even they are not confirming the date….When we had provided the payment they have fix the date but at the time of return they don’t have. Our all policies from desire were matured since 2012 but not getting a single paisa from their end. Top of that they are saying desire will provide the amount partially like 2000/-…10000/- depends upon invested amount….hey are you mad we have invested more than that amount we need full payment immediately unless we are preparing to move on that place very soon where the top agents and their family will be in very very big trouble from the people and the administration as well…So don’t give false assurance this time unless every misinterpretation will be cause more trouble …. cater the date and release the amount….

    Sir, I have deposited Rs 100,000 x 3 = Rs 300,000 Lacks on 18-10-2006,16-10-2007 & 18-04-2008 respectively on Desire Agro Resort Development Pvt Ltd on monthly interest basis @ 15% Per annum. Which was matured on 18-05-2010,07-07-2011 & 24-10-2011. I have visited several times on Desire Agro Office and meet Mr Pradip Paul and Mr Gautam Guha they told me to contact them on July and then August I have submitted my All deposit copy to them but they could not arrange to refund of my money till date. I am not getting any interest of my Principal deposit and not getting the refund but I need the money very urgently.
    My lawyer told me to file a case against them and make an FIR against the Company and their Director. I think I have to do so as because the company is playing with me and try to take time as far as possible. If the Company people is checking this complain then I would like to request them to refund my money as early as possible. Otherwise I have to take drastic action against them.

    I have sent so many requests & reminders for refund against booking of Durgapur River view project but the company has neither made any refund nor given any response.So Desire Agro people are befooling/cheating the investors & telling lies.

    I too had booked 2 plots of 2 kottahs each so total 4 kottahs in 2008 in Sonartori project at Sonarpur, Kolkata from the Desire group and completed the payment of about 3 lacs in 2011, Nov. But when we went for registration, we were told that it cannot be done now as they have tied up with heritage group and there will be a housing project and all plot owners will get a flat with 328 square feet area for each kottah.

    Thereafter we heve contacted them several times asking about whether they will refund our money if we do not need the flat. They said refund is not an option, we can either keep the plot or give consent for flat. When we said that we do not want the flat and would like to complete the registration of our plot, they said registration will not happen now. It can happen only after the housing project is done.

    When we ask when shall this housing project start, they say they are still finalizing the things and they keep giving one date after another. Now 2013 is also coming to its end. Its 5 years since we booked the flat and 2 years since we completed our payment but neither do we have a plot nor flat nor money. Our hard earned money is all gone because of this fraud Desire Group. We don’t know what to do. Absolutely clueless.

    I have sent many email reminders, for refund of booking money etc,to the email id mentioned by them i.e [email protected] for the Durgapur Project but they have not responded.They are just telling lies & befooling people.

    Dear All

    This is to inform you that me my in-laws and my aunt booked 3 plots at Sonartori in October 2008 with a 36 month monthly installment scheme. All the installments had been cleared by October 2011 but till date there is not a single developement is done on the plot. The plot is same what was shown at the time of booking. We visited Desire office number of times but not got the plot and was told that they are not going to give any plot but in-lue of they will give us flat as they claim that they had tied with a giant organization who will develop flats and will give it to us and that also didn’t happen though we opted for that as well by giving concent letter. After waiting for long we met Mr. Ahok Bose along with with Prof: Probodh Pal at Desire office along with Mr. Gautam Bhuiya who was our agent. He saved the number of Prof: Probodh Pal as our representative but that number is out of service now.

    As per the discussion with Ashoke Bose we decided to take refund and he told that he will repay us the amount in 3 months time i.e october but now it had been more then 6 months. I want all the money back with interest that was commited ASAP and wrote an email which no response yet.

    I did a research in internet and came to know that this type of promises had been give to loads of their customer but nothing had been fulfilled. Seems to me they are bluffing people and taking money and does nothing rather then giving false commitment.

    Very recently I also spoke with Mr. Subrata Bose (Ph: 9830190503) who initially took us to show the plot and gave all those commitment that you will get developed plot etc etc. He also showed some plots at Pailan which they claim they developed but I that is also false. Now if anybody of you call Desire they will tell they are currently focusing on a land somewhere near Barasat but that too is false.
    The entire group is a bunch of cheaters cheating people.

    I invested in “DIMOND GATE” project in 2006.Also paid full amount of the land Rs,425000/. on 2009.Till today said company desire agro resort development pvt.ltd has not handed me the land.last two-three years back they started with new story that they going to develop the land with a housing complex with the help of “Heritage group” which is also become a long story.Now i don’t know what will happen.If any body can help me call.9883228756.

    I invested in Rs. 4,90,000 in “Sonartari” project of Sonarpur from 2010 to 2012.
    Last two-three years back they started with new story that they going to develop the land with a housing complex with the help of “Heritage group” but till date there is no single development in the said plot neither any commitment (though all their commitments are hoax). It is well established they are befooling all of us and playing tricks with our hard earned money, it is high time that we should unite together and take some legal action against this group and recover our money with interest.

    I am also cheated by the Desire agro ersorts dev. pvt. ltd, in the name of plot at P ailan area in 2003. I have request and submitted documents for refund the money of Rs.22000/ on 2010 and after that several times I went their office but always citing some story only by Mr.Basu and others. I feel their intention is to befooling and cheated the people. In this situation please guide how to get the money back from them.

Plot No. P25 was sold to me 12 years ago and full money was collected by Desire Agro but till date my full money has not been refunded.
    During the past I have written various emails and letters requesting Desire to settle my account IN FULL but regretfully the owner Ashok Basu & Sajnjay shaw turned deaf ears adjacent to my requests. In the succeeding emails I would provide you my previous correspondence with Desire that ended in smoke.
    Kindly note below:
    1) Desire accounts should be audited on basis of plots sold vs allotted.
    2) Desire is not paying income tax.
    3) Desire is draining money out of the nation and investing in overseas
    real estate.
    4) A strong Monetary Audit must be carried out on Desire as they are simply
    bribing higher authorities including auditors and police.

    Dear Sir, I wish to bring your kind attention that my father (Sri Somen Chowdhury) has purchased two plots , Plot No 59 & 60 from Kolkata based land development and promoting company Desire Agro Resorts Development Pvt Ltd, P 525, Raja Basanta Roy Road (Near Sarat Bose Road), Sarat Bose Road-Deshapriyo Park, Kolkata – 700029 in their project GOLDEN GATE in Howrah, Domjur, W.B. on a contract mentioning that the buyer has to pay rupees in 36 EMI and after completing of EMI company will handover the deed/Registration to the buyer and within the period company will develop the land with all facility like filling the low land, electricity, water connection, develop roads, parks and all other necessary development which is related to build a home and stay there after. The payment was offered as Rupees. as an advance booking and the rest amount X 36 equal Instalmentis paid in EMI basis in the year 2004 for 36 months at the rate of per plot (Total Four Lac , INR 4,00,000 for two plots) plus 10% of registration charge which is around after successfully completing the stipulated emis without fail and registration cost fully paid, six long years have been completed but we did not received the plots till date. Despite of several reminders and personal visit at their above mentioned office, no one is bother to listen us or serious about the issue every time they are saying within 2/3 months you will get your land. But this year they said that there are some other Real Estate involved Name HERITAGE and said that once they will start the project they they can give the concrete picture. They have also told that since this is very old project only our director or managing director can say anything regarding this matter but when we ask to meet the director each time they are excuse that they are out of station and will inform you when he will return. But last year once fortunately when I was there at their office I personally had a chat with the Director Mr. Asoke Bose and he has also committed that by 2/3 months we will be getting our land but again 1 years has passed still also after a strong involvement of the director we have not got our land. Recently they have launched a customer service agent whose name is Mr Pradip Pal M- 9903710708 who is acting as a middle man, but when ever we have given a call they have misbehaved so badly and every time we speak he speaks like a " GUNDA". Apart from their land promoting business they are running MIS (Monthly Income Scheme) and other financial activities without any fear.And we have invested around INR 3,00,000 as fixed deposit which has got matured in year 2007 still that money also we have not received. If you consider the matured amount with interest has touched more taht IN 6,00,000. But after completing of long nine years we got nothing and continuously they are making us fool. Now say and suggest what to do with this type of fraud and Chit Fund Company. Please intervene in this matter and help us to survive peacefully. I request from the central governing bodies like SEBI and RBI to inter vain in their so called business and stop their manipulating and money laundering business otherwise any day they windup and escape with our hard earned money. Also request the WB govert should look into it. This company is no way as same as SHARDA GROUP OF COMPANIES which is a chit fund company.     What a cheat company Desire Agro Resorts Developments Pvt Ltd is.They have neither handed over plots, booked in their Durgapur River View Project in 2008, nor made refunds.They have not responded to my several reminders for refund since 2010 .

    I have also purchased a plot in year 2006 .in desire project subhangan .same fate .my land was registered but till they did not give the possession of the plot neither refund the money. Everything is lie about their promises. We should be united and logde a fir to police and then proceed

    Dear Sir, My father booked two plots from Desire Agro Resorts Development Pvt Ltd, P 525, Raja Basanta Roy Road (Near Sarat Bose Road), Sarat Bose Road-Deshapriyo Park, Kolkata – 700029 in their project HAPPY VALLEY TOWNSHIP COMPLEX in Baruipur. My father applied for mutation to The Land & Land Reform Department,Baruipur, south 24 pargana and concern authority approved it in 25.01.2012. Later the land was acquired by Left Front Government. But we are not given any compensation against our land. I met several times to Mr. Subrata Basu, one of the owners of the company, but he always tried to avoid me by saying that the case was pending in court and he had nothing to do. Now it is 2016. I can not understand how long I will have to wait. please show me the way.

    I also bought one land from desire agro pvt ltd in 2014 . full payment is done and got the deed but no development of land , we cannot go the our plot as no street is done and mutation is not happening now.

    Please let me know how I catch the main person of Desire Agro for getting back my money which is paid more than a decade. Neither they have given me land nor money. The person must be punished for fraud.
