Fraud against loan from PNM Servuices Pvt. Ltd.

I also got a call from PNM service and giving me loan for 10 lakh and asking 25000/- as deposit money, after reading this colums I got suspicious and not given any money thank for your reveiws.. my email_id [email protected].

Guys, I have also committed the same mistake as I have submitted my documents and a check of 25,500. I am from mumbai and this company PNM is located in Delhi.

All have assured me that from today I will receive my documents within the next 10 days. As I was planning to save my hard earned money for my family.

Hello Friends.

I also got a call from +91 11 4979 5700 claiming that they are from GBIC delhi.
and they informed me that they got a file where LIC agent is informing to transfer an amount of 1.5 lacs ( vested Bonus on my existing LIC Policy ) to his name.
They told me that you can ask any bank or institute like PNM services, they will take refundable 15000 RS and then they would transfer the cheque amount to my bank account.

Then PNM service people(and GBCI ) called me – from the below numbers.

Plus they gave the mobile number of a person named Prem Verma –

I gave self attested lic policy document xerox copy and a cheque of RS 15000 which got cleared 2 days back.

today I read this posted and I came to know that this is a fraud company. I tried to contact Prem Verma on the number from which I got a call. He told me that there is no body named Prem Verma and he is Tivari. and that is not PNM service.

I realized now that this is fraud and I urge people not to fall in the trap of these people. I am assuming that I lost 15000 Rs. Is there any way we can get hold of these people?

Now they have call me that my loan is approved and i have to pay rs. 15000 by check and courier one cross check to their correspondence address. I got a call from PNM Delhi. I am looking for loan of 2lakhs.They asked about 20000rs check in favour of pnm as fixed deposits.They said that they will provide loan in 20days.I thought if applying but after reading all the blogs ,I decided not to pay.This is fraud.They even didn’t ask me about my current company salary slip.This not how loan is provided.I am employee with a bank and this is not any lian process.Loan from bank can be given in 5days,provided necessary documents.

Got a call from Kashish and Misha – from PNB Metlife but asked me to issue cheque in name of PNM services pvt ltd for life insurance cum health insurance and also double money in 3 years.
I issued the cheque on saturday and checked the site on sunday and got suspicious and got the cheque payment stopped.
Anybody who issued cheque, if not encashed then get the cheque ‘Stop payment’
These r fraud people.

Since then almost on every 3rd or 4th day, I have been receiving calls from strange nos regarding some policy or other such as LIC, Aviva, met life etc

I am Preeti Chauhan from Mumbai, I also received a call saying that they are calling from Homeshop18. They said I have won a promotional offer n a gift hamper worth 70k. They told me PNM services have done tie up with them n for promotion they are doing this offer. They asked me to deposit 15000INR. I had given the cheque 3 weeks ago. I had been in this guys contact almost every day. Last week the guy told me that my hamper has been dispatched from Delhi. Till date I haven’t received anything. And now I am not getting any proper answer from them.

in detail:-
around 1 month back i got call from no (9310557599) she told me her name nisha goyal she said she is calling from PNB metlife insurence and they have one time investment plan of rs 30000/- and they are giving this plan as promotional offer in 25000/- rs only, according to this plan i will get some benifit like :-
1:- i will get 932/- rs month after one year ,
2:- its value is 30000/- i am getting it in 25000/-.only .
3:- health insurance for 5 person in family for 5 years .

i agreed and purchased that policy and i gave 25000/- cheque (NO-0629822) and amount was debited from my bank account on 21.07.2014 .

after few days mr amit saxena called me 9312793812 up many time regarding confirmation of name,address and nominee name etc..and he said when i purchase that policy that time thay had an offer of holidays package and he told me that i’ll get a call from PNM holidays package please receive and take that holiday packeage free of cost with your policy plan

and i agree and confirmed the details .and now after around a month i got a call from ms.ritu sharma no-01165025818 on 18.08.2014 she told me that she is calling from GBIC and my pnb metlife policy is pending and they sold me a holiday package instead of any PNB metlife policy and i’ll have to submit 15000/- more to clear the pending policy or i’ll not get any refund if i refuse to pay …

when i tried to contact the mr amit saxena,nisha goyal and on other phone no. i got call earlier regarding the policy all phone no. is out of reach or not picking any ….so please u are requested to look in to this matter and solve this asap .

1.As proof i have recorded the conversation between me and mr.amit saxena in which he is telling me about metlife policy .
2. Bank statement of debited cheque in favor of PNM SERVICES PVT LTD.

I have been also cheated by these people,
The person name is Rajv Jain(Senior Manager) made call from no:- 9266634613.
Thereafter they asked to buy a plan worth rupees 20000/- again PNM service ltd.
I said i was not having money so i made 15000/- cheque towards PNM service , after few days i revived call they ask me to deposite 5000/- cash to complete the figure of 20000/- , so once the amount was clear they will transfer the loan amount to my account. The icici bank account no is 071301506597 on name Nitish Kumar (Nitish Mishra) to deposite cash and that person phone no is 8802141454. The other people involve in this fraud are Rajveer Singh, Rajul Bharadwaj, Ritesh Desai. This Nitish Kumar phone no is working please make call to him, when i made call on his number he said Rajiv Jain was his Room partner in Delhi.
Thanks to this blog. Lets fight against this cheaters.

Hi guys,

This is really nice to see everyone posting there comments and their bad experiences . I am also a victim of this fraud also trying to see what I can do … I have already posted the matter in this earlier. Trying to find a proper person from the media industry who can forward it in the media. So someone later won’t be the same victim.
As also many of them who have called me I have told them that I would be receiving the documents. Luckily, I have received but the worst part I came to know the document is of a holiday package which I will not be using it.
So as per my knowledge they are committing fraud because they know people will not take holiday package. So they are confusing the people in the name of other companies..

I hope some strict action would be taken against these fraudsters.

Dear all

I also got calls from these numbers, they ask me and insist me for taking loan for any amount @ 5% per annum, by depositing the 10% of the required amount in Sri Ram Finance Account , as Sri Ram Finance has its legal entity, I agree for the same. however at the time for depositing the money I ask them to provide the bank detail of M/s Sri Ram Finance for transfering the amount not in cash but through NEFT/ RTGS but they provide me the detail of M/s PMN services pvt. Ltd account detail. However the executive told me he is from Sri ram Finance and further they ask me to deposit the amount in PMN services account and continuously clarifying that the PMN services taking the loan from the Sri Ram Finance at higher rate and further provide to the end customer at lower rate of interest and set off balance through the 10% margin money that I would be paid in advance. After some queries or inquiries I deny to deposit the same and ask them to provide the bank detail of Sri Ram Finance.

And they continuously asking me to deposit the same in PMN services account. and unfortunately may be may good luck I have not deposit the amount.

There are also lots of lucrative offers provided by the companies even registered under the company act, of any other law. The government should be responsible for the same at a certain level and also with request not to be reliable immediately on these offers, make some queries and satisfy themselves.

And Don’t take Shortcuts.

Executive from PNM SERVICES PVT LTD called me on 8th July 2014 stating that she is calling from back office of PNB Metlife Life Insurance Company regarding Life Insurance policy namely “Monthly Guaranteed Income” Plan with features such as: 1. Policy one time payment = Rs.15,000/- 2. Guaranteed return from next year Rs. 650/- P.M till 10 Years 3. Along with that I will get Medical Insurance of Rs.3,00,000 which will cover me as well as my family for 10 years 4.In case of natural death Rs. 1,00,000 as return & accidental will be paid Rs. 2,00,000 “If I pay through PNM Services Pvt Ltd I will get a benefit of Rs.5,000 since this policy is actually cost of Rs.20,000.” So what I need to pay is only Rs.15,000 on name of PNM services Pvt Ltd. for Life Insurance of PNB Metlife Life Insurance & within 1 week I will be allotted with this policy papers in Hard copy.” She managed to send 1 document collecting agent to me . I handed over him Xerox copy of my PAN , My Address Proof, Bank Passbook Copy, Demand Draft of Rs.15,000/- [SBI D.D. No.: 370204]on Name of PNM SERVICES PVT LTD, payable at New Delhi . That guy took my signature on xerox form of PNB Metlife Life insurance policy application form at 2 places.I asked this is not an original form he said You ask that executive who called you earlier, I made a call to he & asked this is not an original form, So she said this will be logged on Internet Online so it doesn’t need to be in original. Somehow she convinced me & that guy took over all my document & went away. I even asked for any acknowledgment slip, then he told we don’t provide any such document, I argued on the same but he had no answer on it, so i let him to take away & let it be processed. No calls to me till 3 days after that, Then I called later on 12th July asked regarding that she told “I forgot to intimate you”. She also told me to wait for 2 more days. I waited but then when I called on 15th July she told you will be receiving a verification call for the same please attend it, I said Ok. Then a guy named Amit Sharma called me stating he is from verification department of PNB Metlife Back Office. I gave him all the necessary details what he asked. But later after 1 day that guy once again called me stating you are one amongst lucky member to get a Holiday package as complimentary gift from their side, I will be getting 3 days Holiday package stay in 3-4 star hotel with complimentary break fast , Lunch & dinner for a couple valid for 1 year of this Holiday Package. I said I didn’t applied for this, he said its complimentary, I said Ok. Later he said I will be getting a verification call to generate a code which will be attached with your Policy, I said first of all I need an acknowledgement of my payement to your company. He said after your Login gets processed you will be getting it in as a soft copy to your mail I.D & then most probably not later than by end of this month you will get it in a hard copy of this Life Insurance Policy. Since then I am getting number of calls from their side for verification regarding holiday package & the guy who calls me always tells me that this is an recorded conversation for quality & training purpose, In fact while conversing to me he cunningly doesn’t name any policy he just states that “You have purchased our product & I am calling to verify your details” & when I put up questions that I have paid for Life Insurance Policy & I am not getting any details for the same, Why is it so?” then he said if it is so then I will check you & call back & he cuts my call. This incident has been repeated 3 time since 21st July. Later on 25th July I got a call from their side [please note always with different numbers] from a lady detailing over “Why are you not giving your verification details on call” I said I am not interested in your Holiday package, If you are going to mislead me with my payment & your commitment then I will go through legal process over it” then she said ” If you think you can get your money back with legal process, you go ahead, Why have you paid PNM SERVICES PVT LTD ? you have to take holiday package” I said” I am not going to take your holiday package, coz I have not paid for Holiday package, If you don’t deal with Life insurance policy then return my money or otherwise I will have to come to your Office to clarify every thing & you will have to pay my money back’ so then she said “Do whatever you can do” & then she cut my call. In Tis Hazari court room No. 361a , Court of honarable Judge Mr. Gajender singh ordered on 12 sep 2014 to the SHO of moti nagar to submit the report on 1 oct 2014, case against the PNM services. SHO was phisically present and next hearing on 1 oct 2014.
I really thanks to my co – complainer , Mrs. Narang, Mr. Puri, Mr. Mahesh( from delhi), Mr. Ved Ooja( Pune), Mr. Santosh(Mumbai), who was belive on LAw and Order of India, and associate with me in the case against the PNM services Pvt. Ltd.
These are countiniously in my touch and i update countiniously.

I am also getting calls from this nos and 2 executives named Mr akash and Mr Sudhir randhawa are calling they said they are calling from Pnb metlife and they are offering a secured loan @6%interest rate. They asked me to submit the documents and asked me to deposit a cheque of Rs 25000. I doubted when I told them that I personally want to meet them and want to get some clearity they panicked and the executive Mr akash told me that this is an telephonic operation officr and they cannot provide me thr address. When i asked them that i will first visit the pnb office for office they said thr thy will charge a processing fee @5%. Next day when they called me back i told thrm my cheque book is not available so have to wait till monday . They just called me back I again told them that my chq book is not available. Thy asked me to make an online payment or make a DD in the name of PNM services pvt ltd. My doubt were cleared n searched online abt them and found this post. Thanks everyone for saving me. They have scattered my dreams and will never gonna forgive them.

Infact their address of Delhi have also changed. Very big scandal, Local police is also involved. I request you all to atleast spread awareness in best possible way so that others should not get trapped in it.

aaj kal hamare office mai rojana aisi complants aa rahi hai pnm services sirf bajaj finance company ke sath type hai jisme wo holiday package,insurance,real estate and loan provide karti hai.
bajaj finance ke alawa kisi bhi company ke sath pnm ka koi sambandh nhi hai

I trapped in this call and paid Rs. 50k by cheque, Still getting call from various number for Rs. 50k more for processing a loan of 10 lacs, After negotiation they are ready to accept 25k. I do like to trap all of them but how? guide me if any body can…

I also cheated by the same way as you all, but luckily I got support one of company named click2complain.
They helped me to get resolve my issue and I received my lost amount.
