I have sent below mail to the company but still they are lying to me and made a huge fraud with curier service to me.

I discussed with your concern department and customer care(092230 20000) number regarding incorrect order pick up by JV Express on April 17th 2015.
I am in touch with your company since April 17, 2015 because of careless service by delivery boy of JV Express.
Your courier service picked up Jaspo pro 10 skating shoes which I have order for my little brother from snapdeal for his tournament.Now I am claiming to your company that refund me for the below item from your side:
1.)Defected power-bank(₹487)
2.)You have picked up incorrect item(₹1316-Jaspo pro skates)
3.)Refund for call charge since April 17,2014(approx. ₹150)
4.)Refund for mental depression of child(my brother)
5.)Refund the tournament participant fee(₹300)
6.)Refund for the mental harassment done to me(Mid-term exam is going in my college and I have to spoiled my time on this concern because of your irresponsibility and carelessness of courier service)

It is my last request to you to give me the refund of amount ₹5000 for all the above six concern otherwise I have to go on to the cyber crime department with above reasons and below proof:
1.)The vendor from which I bought the power bank,his both number(09769803047 and 09769803048) are temporarily unavailable since April 6,2015.
2.) The courier service JV Express which came for pick up their number (011-65981313) is not received by them and the number given by him for the Ahmedabad head office number is wrong number.
3.)Your company is delaying by 2-3 days since the date April 17,2015.
4.)I have send mail to your company 3 times and got auto response from the mail but when I call to your company for the updates they told me that no mail is arrived to them.
5.)Also as per talk with your customer care executive you are unable to investigate matter yet and you haven’t confirmed with seller or courier service yet.

I hope you will proceed for the request of refund as quick as possible because I will wait for 3 days(until April 26,2015) and then I have to go to cyber crime department with all the proofs I have against you and claim for fraud case with more larger amount than this.
