fraud khosla electronics

During diwali last month khosla posted an ad on numerous newspaper that they were offering galaxy grand smart phone with a 42 inch lg led for limited period.after seeing that I purchased that led tv on 24th october,and they said they will get me the free mobile in a week.now its been a month since then,i havent got any cellphone,neither got any ph call from them.already called numerous times that store,and they are saying it will reach you by courier from head office,and they cant help it.and now if I call their head office no they are simply saying its all about respective store ,so pls call them.
thats how khosla electronics cheating people and selling products.bunch of thieves.
