I am Shilpa Agarwal. I have a complaint regarding IDEA service. For idea plan I have talked with Mr. Praveen kumar (M : 9999076666) DLF phase -1 Mahdev communication. He informed me for plan rs. 199 monthly rental with 600 local/STd min. free & 400 sms local/std free. So, I have changed my no. from Vodafone to idea through port change. After some days I have received my plan details by hardcopy. This is not same as information I got. I have talked with idea customer care and Mr. Praveen also. They confirmed me that the plan will be changed and the bill will come as per the plan. But the same thing is happening again and again. Now they told me you will pay your bill as per the old plan bill. This is totally fraud with me. Since this is company’s fault so I request you to help me to correct my bill as per offered plan i.e. (plan 199 rs. Monthly rental with 600 min. local/STd free n 400 sms local/std free) I will pay my bill. I have already deposited 300 rs. as a security. I also request to discontinue my no. with idea. Due to this fraud I don’t want to continue with idea.
