I am writing this complain because Hcl tss is one of the top fraud firm in the world .
Never ever join this firm , they know only one thing that is cheating , nothing else .
They will take our handsome money , and ever then your job is not secure .
you will become like a drum . every one will come and beat you and you will dance on there beat like monkey .
Ever if you join this firm , let me tell you what will happen with you and your handsome money .
first 15 day , they will provide only communication trainer where you have learn how to pronounce different sound . Even trainer don’t know how to do that and they were training to trainee .
Aftet 15 days , there will be communication assessment where you have to score minimum 8 or 10 to pass the test . after that on random basis they will allocate you to technical track like java , networking , sql etc.
And communication training is also providing to you on parallel basis like 5 hour technical and 2 hour communication training .
Even technical trainer is like school teacher , they will open the slide and give the lecture .
And take the test of that topic that not taught in the class and there expectations is that every one to score more than 70% marks on this tests .
They know only ine that is meeting . Every days there is around 2-3 meeting . I don’t know what there were discussing in this meeting . as per my view , meeting is about cheating that is how to earn more money and play with the life of younger generation people .
And in ppt , they didn’t allocate any mentor to you . they said we were allocating mentor for the individual trainee , even this they were cheating .
suppose you went to project first day what will happen to you I will tell you the whole interesting story ,
a. your reporting manager will not know you are coming to meet him .
b. your reporting manager will say there is no requirement for any freshet here .Go and get lost .
c. All the other employees will laugh on you because you are third party employees .
d . They will give no respect to you .
e. After completions of 45 days you have beg the mentor so that they will you good score in your ppt .
f. Even some of the mentor give 10 -20 marks to the trainee after giving her 200% .
g. And if your communication score not reached to 15 marks and sword is in your neck . after 3 test in communication and you you not reached 15 , then you will out of the firm and they will not give single ruppee to you that’s guarantee 300% .
Say one thing to Hcl Tss , No training here .
