Beware don’t buy croma items they are fraud even consumer court don’t take action on croma
I have buy this LED on 17/06/2014 at a time of selling croma sales manager told me that we are giving 3 years warranty on this LED. Next day they delivers item and install LED on my home but warranty card is not available on LED box and that time i ignore because i know i have invoice so warranty card doesn’t require.
But last month 28/jan/2017 i am suffering from problem my LED TV not turns on so i called croma and tell them all my issue next day they send one repair engenior to my home as he checked led he don’t understand what’s actually problem so he told i will send new senior engenior.
Next day i call croma again they said your led is not under warranty.
Then i visit croma store some of sales officer said 3 years warranty some said 2years some said 1year and misbehaving with me one guy name i don’t know he is using abusing word with me.
And they don’t know how to repair led and they are manufacturer.
Totally fraud company lots of customers fed up from there service.
Even i tell croma indrapuram outlet manager that i am going to file a case on consumer court so they take this very easily “oh you can go wo humara kuch nhi ukhad sakte itni badi company hai jo karna hai karle”.
Well it’s Okey if consumer court kuch nahi karta toh high court jaunga supreme court jana pada waha bhi jaunga.
But or fraud buyer ke sath nhi hone dunga That’s my wordings
