I had placed Micromax A50 orders, paid the money online and orders confirmed by www.kounsa.com on 04.05.2013.

I have not received following orders as on date:
1) Order ID : KA/117417/62YHKDVC dt 04.05.2013
Item : Micromax A50.
Money Paid: 4125/-.
The Customer Care Executives are just both giving misleading and wrong info. / No info. Or disconnecting the phone call. Also they are not replying to my mail queries.
Please help to resolve the issue by either getting the ordered items or refund.
